Having lived in Delaware for 24 years, and Middletown for the past 7, Chris and his wife, Diana, have raised their children here, and now he wants to ensure Delaware remains a great place for future generations to thrive.

Freedom: Protecting individual rights as defined by the US and Delaware Constitutions, reducing unnecessary regulations, and promoting limited government.

From his roots in a hardworking immigrant family to his service as a U.S. Naval Academy graduate and nuclear submarine officer, Chris has demonstrated leadership in the most demanding environments. His 20+ years in private industry, along with his co-founding of a Delaware startup, have equipped him with the skills needed to make sound, efficient decisions.
